Delivery and Postage


Payment Terms

  • We except payments by PAYPAL.(You do not have to be a member of Paypal to use this service).

Postage Charges

Postage Charges are given individually to all item’s as per descriptions & we give a basic 10% discount on all combined orders. We are happy to consider other methods of posting on request, insured, special delivery ect , we will endeavour to do our best to full fill your request. Please contact us hear: Contact Form.

Last dates for Christmas delivery by the Royal Mail.

  • To the UK 20th December.
  • To the UK Special Delivery 22nd December.
  • To Western Europe 14th December.
  • To Eastern Europe, Japan, USA and Canada 12th December.
  • To everywhere else 9th December

Postal Service.

We currently use UK Royal Mail post and Parcel Force delivery services for more information about their services please use this link: Royal Mail. Proof of posting is got with every item we ship. Every item is very carefully packed & sent from the UK.

Dispatch is done when all items are fully paid for including post & packing costs. The delivery address is to the address you have given & we cannot be held responsible for any mistakes YOU make, so please check all details you fill in carefully.

Expected delivery schedule from dispatch.

  • Uk First Class Next Day
  • Europe Airmail 3 to 5 days
  • All Other Areas Airmail 5 to 10 Days.

Orders received on Saturday will not be dispatched until Monday.
UK bank holidays will add up to 2 to 3 days on expected delivery times.

Although we endeavour to insure the timely arrival of all our customers goods our delivery times are not guaranteed, (unless specifically stated). When purchasing from outside the UK please take into consideration any local, national and international incidents such as holiday days ect that may be occurring at the time, which may disrupt your or our postal services. In these situations we cannot be held responsible for extended delivery times.

Return Policy

Items Misrepresented on Receipt

If you feel the item you have purchased is not signifantly as described in the item discription please e- mail or phone us immediately to tell us your concers.We will then contact you with our decision on what we are willing to do about the item. Each case is assessed on its own circumstances before a refund is determined. Purchaser pays for return 1st class post unless otherwise agreed.

Items damaged when received

You must notify us by any means, within 7 days of receiving your order.Stating what is damaged, how it is damaged, and the state of the parcel when it arrived. Please retain all the items and packaging as depending on the nature of the goods we may request for the items to be returned.We will then contact you with our decision on what we are willing to do about the item, each case is assessed on its own circumstances before a refund is determined.
